"What would it be to taste at the fountainhead that stream of which even these lower reaches prove so intoxicating? ...Meanwhile, the cross comes before the crown and tomorrow is a Monday morning." -C.S. Lewis
Well, You may visit us any time, and we'll show you some of Michigan's splendor. I didn't realize how much I hated being land-locked in St. Louis, until I came back to the Great Lakes and all the surrounding smaller lakes here in Michigan. These photos were taken in the Northwest corner of the lower penninsula- on the tip of the Leelanau Penninsula and at a small lake near Grand Traverse Bay.
I can't believe how big the kids are, either. Marshall surpassed me in height a few months ago. How are things in the Nelson household with a new little one?

Oh my! That is beautiful - now I'm all wistful and jealous!
It's good to see the boys too - I can't believe how big they all are.
